Order cancellations before shipment of the order :

Please contact us by email or by phone at 03 62 72 58 70, the cancellation without charge will be taken into account immediately.

Cancellations after reception of the order:

Please inform us of this return by dated and signed email or mail. You must return the product(s) to Alfred et Compagnie, 2 rue de l'Avenir, 59126 Linselles, France, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days after receipt of the package(s), and 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period. We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

Damages and aftersales service:

Upon receipt of the order, please check the conformity of the number of packages received compared to the delivery note and to check their external condition in the presence of the delivery person and before signing the delivery note.

Alfred & Compagnie will do its best to ensure that the order is delivered as soon as possible and in good condition. However, in case of important damages to the packaging of a product during the delivery, please refuse the damaged boxl, which we will replace as soon as possible. In this case, it is imperative to note a precise description of the reason for refusal on the delivery note ("damaged furniture"...), this description is essential to constitute a valid reserve. Please inform us of this refusal as soon as possible, by email or telephone.

In the event of damage that were not noticed upon delivery or in any other case of non-conformity, please send us pictures showing the damages at contact@alfredetcompagnie.com. We will then contact you to solve the problem in the most efficient way..

Please note that Alfred SAS will not take responsibility fo damages due to mistakes made while assembling the product.
